Solid carbide drills for general drilling operations
The PTD D33 Series Solid Carbide Jobber Drills with a 4-facet self centering point and cylindrical shank for universal use in combination with power tools, drill presses, conventional and CNC machine tools. The drills are made from micro-grain solid carbide and are suited for general drilling operations in multiple materials. The bright finish is especially suited for drilling plastics, composites and aluminum alloys. They are commonly used in applications where the FORCE X and FORCE M drills are not recommended, such as when drilling softer materials, in less rigid conditions or where smaller diameters <3.0mm are required. The hardness of these drills gives the wear resistance that is needed for highly abrasive cutting conditions.
