4 steps to remove a broken bolt safely.

1. Use the Dormer Pramet P100 burr to flatten the sheared bolt and give it a level surface to work with.

2. Use the P101 burr to create a drill guide.

3. Using a heavy duty cobalt drill, such as the R10CO, drill into the bolt.

4. Use a style 1800 screw extractor and tap wrench, rotating counter clockwise, to extract the broken bolt.
